Withdraw from contract here

On this page you can withdraw online from a purchase contract concluded in the Lilly’s online store, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Enter your name, e-mail address and order number in the form below and confirm sending with the Confirm withdrawal button. The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal no later than the last day of the withdrawal period.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (by e-mail), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

You can also withdraw in other ways: by e-mail to shop@lillys.cz, via your customer account at account.lillys.eu, by letter or using the model withdrawal form in our Refund Policy, which also explains how to return the goods and how refunds work.
